Great location, walking distance to both Vatican and city center. Friendly and helpful host. Clean rooms, with a stocked minibar and complimentary drinks. Round-the-clock availability of coffee, juice, and snacks in the guest kitchen. Complimentary glass of limoncello was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on exploring the city. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the fresh orange juice. The hotel was also easily accessible from the airport.
Nothing it is perfect.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is close enough to all the main tourist sites but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. Guests can easily walk to the Vatican and there is a main shopping street nearby. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with luxurious bedding and a good shower. The owner, Ugo, goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing breakfast and helpful advice on exploring the city.
The elevator in the hotel is old-fashioned and small, which can be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.

Upon arrival, I had trouble finding the hotel, but luckily the host's contact details helped me find my way in. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, facing a quiet street. Although the advertised breakfast included was actually a €10 voucher for a nearby bakery, the bakery's goods were disappointing and the staff became rude when we tried to use the voucher. despite these drawbacks, I'll still recommend this hotel.
